Delivery information
TrendCart currently serves only the European Union destinations enabled at checkout. Product availability, the selected CJ logistics service and its freight cost are rechecked regularly. The product page shows an estimated delivery window; this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
The displayed selling price includes the store's EU freight reserve. Any extra charge that applies to an order must be shown before the customer confirms payment. Tracking is provided after CJ or the carrier confirms dispatch.
If delivery is materially delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact the seller shown under Merchant details. The seller—not CJdropshipping—remains the customer's contractual contact.
RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL
14-day withdrawal right
Consumers in the European Union normally have 14 days from receiving goods to tell us they wish to withdraw from the purchase. The product may be inspected as it would be in a shop but should not be used beyond that.
To withdraw, email customer support with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will provide the return instructions and destination that apply to that product. Do not send goods directly to a supplier without our written instructions.
Unless TrendCart agrees otherwise or the goods are faulty, the customer pays the direct return postage. Standard outbound delivery costs are refunded as required by applicable law. A refund may be held until the returned goods or evidence of posting is received.

TERMS OF SALE
Terms of sale
The seller is the merchant identified below, not CJdropshipping. CJ acts as a fulfilment supplier. Product characteristics, total price, estimated delivery and available destinations are shown before payment.
Order and payment
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. The contract is accepted when payment succeeds and the seller issues an order confirmation. Prices are shown in the selected currency and include the stated freight and estimated tax treatment. Card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by TrendCart.
Availability and cancellation
Supplier inventory and freight are checked before sale, but may change unexpectedly. If fulfilment cannot be completed, the seller may reject or cancel the affected order and return the payment. A customer who asks to cancel before dispatch will be helped where operationally possible; the statutory withdrawal policy remains available where applicable.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking is provided after supplier dispatch. Contact the seller if goods are materially late or tracking stops updating.
Faulty or incorrect goods
The seller remains responsible for goods that are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described. The customer should provide the order reference and reasonable evidence of the problem. Statutory consumer rights and applicable legal guarantees are not limited by these terms.
Complaints and applicable law
Contact the seller first so the complaint can be investigated. Mandatory consumer protections of the customer's country continue to apply. These terms are governed by Swedish law to the extent that this does not remove mandatory protections available to an EU consumer.
PRIVACY
Privacy notice
The merchant identified below is the data controller. TrendCart processes names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing and delivery addresses, ordered items, payment status, support messages, consent records and technical security logs.
Purposes and legal bases
Order and delivery data is processed to perform the sales contract. Fraud prevention and service security rely on the merchant's legitimate interests. Accounting and consumer records are kept to meet legal obligations. Product-news email is sent only with consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients and international transfers
Payment details are processed by Stripe; TrendCart does not store complete card numbers. Order and delivery details are shared with CJdropshipping and relevant carriers. Email delivery data is shared with the configured transactional-email provider. Because fulfilment may involve recipients outside the EEA, the merchant must confirm the applicable transfer mechanism and processor terms before launch.
Retention
Incomplete checkout records are deleted or anonymised when no longer operationally needed. Accounting records connected to completed sales are retained for the period required by Swedish law. Support and fraud records are retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose or a legal claim. Marketing records remain until consent is withdrawn or the address is suppressed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, a customer may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Requests should be sent to the privacy contact. Customers may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the competent authority where they live.
PRODUCT SAFETY
Safety and traceability
Only products that have passed the store's stock, freight, restricted-product and documentation checks may be enabled for checkout. Each live offer must display a product identifier, manufacturer contact information, the EU responsible person when required, and relevant warnings or instructions in a language customers can understand.
Customers should stop using a product that appears unsafe and contact customer support. The merchant will maintain complaint, incident, corrective-action and recall records and cooperate with the relevant market-surveillance authorities.
